IT-N6900 provides stable and pure DC power, two current measurement ranges, up to 1μA current resolution. It has CC and CV priority settings. It includes Data Logging and List Programming features as standard. The form factor makes it suitable for both benchtop and ATE applications.

IT-N6900 series has built-in USB/LAN/digital IO communication interface, optional GPIB/RS232/analog IO. It supports SCPI programming and LabVIEW drivers are available.

The IT-M3140/IT-M3130 series Programmable DC Power Supply are specially designed for testing, production, R&D lab and ATE integration. It is only 2U half rack, but can output power up to 1850W and 3000W, and voltage output from 30V to 1200V. It has three output modes of constant voltage, constant current and constant power.

USB/LAN interface is standard. GPIB, RS232 and analog are optional

IT6400 series is a bipolar 2 and 4-kvadrant high precision power supply. It is available in models with maximum power from 1.5 W to 150 W. It can be used to test battery consumption with its ability to measure with 1 nA resolution. It can also simulate batteries and test a variety of other devices like power packs, LED's and many other.

LAN and USB interface is standard.

IT2700 Series Multi-channel Modular Power System

8 slot Mainframe

IT2700 series multi-channel modular power system brings ultra-high power density.

The 1U mainframe can include up to 8 modules (200W each) or 4 modules (500W each). Different modules can be grouped and synchronized.

The modules can be bidirectional DC power supplies, DC power supplies or regenerative loads. They can be connected in parallel.

The mainframe has built-in LAN, USB, CAN, digital I/O and free PC software.

IT-M3000 Series Compact Power Solutions

The IT-M3000 series consists of DC supplies, E-Loads and combined Supplies and Loads. AC Sources are available in the same form factor. They are 1/2 rack wide and can be stacked on a bench like Lego brigs. They can be mounted in a rack one or two next to each other using optional rack kits.

The IT-M3100 and IT-M3100D series consists of 16 models, providing 6 voltages grades, and can be combined to achieve a variety of output power. It has a flexible modular architecture, independent multi-channel design, and supports synchronous operation. Users can configure each channel according to the test requirements of DUT, up to max. 16*16 channels, to meet the needs of customized solutions. The D-models have two independent outputs

The IT-M3200 series provides high accuracy set-up and current readback in three ranges. Readback resolution down to 100 nA. More units can operate in synchrous mode allowing fast test of multiple DUT's and precise timing of output on and off.

The IT-M3400 bidirectional DC power supply integrates the features of a bidirectional power supply and a regenerative load. It keeps the advantages of high power density and modular architecture design of M series. It has high-speed and seamless switching between source and sink.
The load is regenerative. It returns the absorbed power to the grid.

The load supports these modes:
CV, CC, CP, and Battery Test.

If you need more load features consider the IT-M3600 series.

The IT-M3600 bidirectional DC power supply has the same features as the IT-M3400 series.
In addition it provides full load functionality including these modes:

The IT-M3300 regenerative DC electronic load simulate various load characteristics. It feeds back the electrical energy to the grid instead. With high power density design, it can provide up to 800W power absorption with a size of only 1U half-rack.

The IT-M3900D series is a single channel output programmable DC power supply. It provides high power in limited space. Up to 6 kW in only 1u hight.
The CC/CV priority allows user to switch the output mode according to the different needs of the DUT priority. I provides high-precision and high-speed and a variety of standard communication interfaces.

IT-M3900C is a regenerative bidirectional programmable DC power supply, it can be used as a regenerative electronic load, to absorb the consumed energy and feedback cleanly to the grid. IT-M3900C provides high accuracy output measurement, high reliability, high safety, and several measurement functions. It is suited for ATE testing, including applications like automotive electronics, new energy vehicles, photovoltaic energy storage, intelligent industrial equipment, battery simulation.

It provides the following load modes: CC/CV/ CW/CR

The bi-directional programmable DC power supply of IT6000C series combines two functions in one: source and sink with energy regeneration. Based on these functions, IT6000C offers the functionality of two-quadrant operation. The regenerative capability enables the energy consumed to be fed back to the grid, saving costs from energy consumption and cooling.

The highly integrated capability enables the e-load to simulate various e-load characteristics, and return the consumed energy back to the grid cleanly, saving costs related to energy consumption and cooling, meanwhile eco-friendly..

IT6600 series DC power adopts advanced third generation SiC technology.

A 3U height single unit can output 21 kW each in dual channels. If the two independent channels are connected in series/parallel, it can reach maximum power of 42kW. 

The C-model is also an advanced regenerative E-load returning power to the grid. The two outputs can be freely selected to have load or supply function.

USB/LAN//CAN and digital I/O interfaces are standard. GPIB, RS-232 and anlog interfaces are available as options.

A-models do not have LIST mode and some special functions.

Models with suffix "L" have LAN interface.

The IT6500C are two quadrant supplies with fast switching between quadrants. Designed for continuous source and sink testing requirements.

Multichannel programmable electronic loads. Support up to 16 channels with mainframe extension.
Modules are operated using the keypad and rotary knob on the front panel or the remote controlled SCPI commands.

The "Plus" modules (IT87xxP+) provides the highest speed and precision. In addition they offer operation down to zero Volt and three current ranges, which means higher accuracy and lower ripple.

IT-N2100 series solar array simulator is a high-performance DC power supply with fast change of IV curve. It can simulate the IV output characteristics of various solar panels under different environments (temperature, light, shadow decay, aging). It can be applied for the tests of solar micro-inverter, power optimizer, satellite power system, sail power array and so on. IT-N2100 has low ripple, low noise and fast MPPT, supports multi-channel synchronous control and high voltage topology.

The IT2800 Series combine the capabilities of a voltage source, a current source, a voltage meter, a current meter and an ohmmeter (along with the capability to switch easily between these various functions).This ensures the independent measurement of IV characteristic in 4-quadrant. With a current range of 10fA to 10A and a voltage range of100nV to 1000V.
