Accessory for use with the four-channel SDS 800X HD, SDS1000X HD, SDS1000X-E, SDS2000X-E, SDS3000X HD, SDS5000X, and SDS6000A oscilloscopes. Output Sine, Square, Ramp, Pulse, Noise, DC and 45 built-in waveforms. The arbitrary waveforms can be accessed and edited by the EasyWave PC software.

Requires the correct Function Generator Activation License for the specific oscilloscope (part number ends with -FG)
